1. Strict No Refund Policy

All bookings made with Royal Arabia Tourism LLC are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed:

  •  No cancellations are permitted
  •  No refunds will be issued
  •  No date changes are guaranteed
  •  No partial refunds are provided
  •  No refunds for unused services

This policy applies to all tours, activities, experiences, transfers, and packages offered on our website.


2. No-Show Policy

Failure to:

  • Arrive at the designated pickup location on time
  • Provide correct contact information
  • Answer driver/guide calls
  • Be present at the scheduled activity time

will be considered a No-Show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.


3. Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in:

  • Missed tour departure
  • Reduced tour duration
  • Denied participation

No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.


4. Customer-Initiated Changes

Royal Arabia does not guarantee date changes once a booking is confirmed.

In exceptional cases, date changes may be considered at our sole discretion and:

  • Are subject to availability
  • May require additional payment
  • Are not guaranteed

5. Medical Conditions & Personal Circumstances

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Medical conditions
  • Pregnancy restrictions
  • Fear of activities (e.g., dune bashing, water sports)
  • Flight delays or missed connections
  • Visa issues
  • Change of travel plans
  • Personal emergencies

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate before booking.


6. Weather Conditions

Most tours operate in various weather conditions.

  • Mild weather changes do not qualify for refunds.
  • If an activity is officially canceled by Royal Arabia due to extreme weather or safety concerns, customers may be offered:
    • An alternative date, or
    • A credit note (at our discretion)

Refunds are not guaranteed.


7. Third-Party Service Providers

Royal Arabia acts as a booking facilitator for certain experiences operated by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Operational decisions made by suppliers
  • Activity restrictions imposed by authorities
  • Changes made by operators

No refund will be issued due to supplier-related adjustments.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid bookings made under this policy.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • Royal Arabia reserves the right to submit this policy, booking confirmations, IP logs, and communication records as evidence.
  • Customers may be liable for administrative and legal costs associated with the dispute.

9. Acknowledgment Before Booking

By completing a booking on our website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • You agree to the strict No Refund terms
  • You accept full responsibility for your booking

A confirmation email and payment receipt serve as proof of agreement.


10. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
