Important Information
- Operational Hours:
- Daily - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- Minimum Age: 10 years for diving
- Requirements: Certified divers must present a valid diving certificate
- Health Restrictions: Participants must be in good health with no severe medical conditions
- Equipment: All diving gear is provided (personal wetsuits allowed)
- Advance Booking: Required, especially for peak days
- Depth Limits: Discover Scuba: Max 12m Certified Divers: Max 12m-60m (Varies by Certification Level)
- Deep Dive Dubai bookings are non-refundable
- Parent/legal guardian must be present during any diving experience and provide written consent for minors
- Bookings will not be refundable in case of a no show
- Bookings are not refundable if the participant does not meet the requirements as acknowledged at the time of booking
- Bookings will be considered a no show if the customers fail to show up within 10 minutes of their booked time slot
