- Opening Hours: Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last entry is usually allowed by 8:30 PM, so plan your arrival accordingly.
- Arrive Early: Visitors are advised to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before their scheduled entry time to allow for security checks and ticket scanning
- Entry Gate: Access to Dubai Frame is through Gate 4 of Zabeel Park.
- ID Requirement: Carry a valid photo ID (or passport) if requested for verification, especially for online ticket holders.
- Dress Code: While there is no strict dress code, modest attire is recommended out of respect for local customs.
- Bag Check: All bags are subject to security screening upon entry.
- Prohibited Items: Sharp objects, flammable items, and any form of weapon Pets (except guide dogs) Drones, tripods, or large camera equipment (unless permitted by prior approval)
- Photography: Photography is allowed, but commercial filming requires prior permission.
- Accessibility: Dubai Frame is wheelchair accessible and has elevators suitable for visitors with limited mobility.
- Group Size Limit: No more than 5 people per group are allowed on the Sky Deck at a time. The total maximum capacity is 200 visitors at once.
- Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the attraction. There is a café available at the Sky Deck.
