Important Information
- Adult Pass: Ages 17+ (must accompany at least one child).
- Toddler Pass: Ages 2–3 years. Economy Pass: Ages 4–16 years.
- Operational Hours: Daily 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Last Entry 10:00 PM).
- Adults can relax in the Parent’s Lounge while children play.
- Valid ID/passport required for entry.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
- No refunds for unused or partially used services.
- Attractions may be non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Outside food & drinks are prohibited; food is available onsite.
- At least one adult ticket is required when purchasing a child or toddler ticket.
