- Pickup will be scheduled 1 hour and 30 minutes before your session time. Our reservations team will contact you the day before your trip to reconfirm the timing.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your session.
- All passengers must present a valid ID (copy or original).
- Dress comfortably in casual attire with - Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all participants.
- Not recommended for children under 5 or pregnant women.
- A maximum of 2 or 4 guests per buggy is allowed, depending on the buggy's capacity.
- Safety gear, including helmets and goggles, must be worn while operating the buggy.
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
