- Weather Advisory: Balloon flights are weather-dependent and may be grounded at any time if pilots determine conditions are unsafe due to changing winds.
- Seasonal Conditions: October to April (Winter): Pleasant temperatures; bring a light jacket, especially for evening flights. May to September (Summer): Wear light, loose, and breathable clothing to stay cool.
- Dress Code: Comfortable casual wear such as shorts, t-shirts, or dresses is ideal. Avoid high heels for safety reasons.
- From Aquaventure Guests: Visitors coming from Aquaventure Waterpark may board the balloon in respectable swimwear as permitted by the park.
- Bag Policy: Large bags are not allowed onboard. Small backpacks and purses are permitted.
- Accessibility: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Ground crew will assist with loading and unloading.
- Wheelchair/Stroller Safety: All wheelchairs and strollers must have functional brakes or locking systems, which will be checked before boarding.
- Alternate Wheelchairs: If your wheelchair doesn’t fit in the gondola, the venue provides suitable wheelchairs for temporary use during the flight.
- How to Get There: Atlantis Guests: Access via The Avenues. External Visitors: Drop-off at The Avenues where staff will guide you to the ticket office. Drivers: Park at Aquaventure Waterpark and take the shuttle bus. By Monorail: Direct access via The Palm Monorail.
- Operational Hours: Open daily from sunrise to 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM to midnight, offering stunning views both day and night.
