• Madame Tussauds Dubai Accessibility: Guests who are people of determination are required to purchase a standard entry ticket but are entitled to bring one caregiver free of charge. Caregiver tickets can be obtained directly at the attraction.
• Entry Policy: Every guest must hold a valid ticket for entry and retain it at all times. Tickets must be presented upon request by staff. Each ticket permits single-entry access to the attraction. Re-entry will require a new ticket purchase. Tickets, once purchased (including complimentary tickets), are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered. Lost tickets cannot be replaced. Ticket prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Age & Supervision: Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Certain areas within the attraction may not be suitable for young children. Management reserves the right to restrict access based on age recommendations.
• Guest Conduct & Prohibited Items: For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please note the following rules inside the attraction: Smoking, pets, and outside food or drinks are not allowed. Carrying offensive weapons is strictly prohibited. Visitors must stay within designated public areas. Avoid loud noises, disruptive behavior, or anything that may disturb other guests or staff. The use of illegal substances or consumption of alcohol is not permitted. Madame Tussauds Dubai reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with these guidelines or behaves in a way that affects the comfort and safety of others.
• How to Reach Madame Tussauds Dubai By Metro: Take the Dubai Metro to Sobha Realty Station (Dubai Marina). From there, transfer to the Dubai Tram and stop at Jumeirah Beach Residence. Walk across the pedestrian bridge to Bluewaters Island. By Taxi: Simply take a taxi directly to Madame Tussauds Dubai on Bluewaters Island. From Abu Dhabi: Follow the E10 and E11 highways toward Dubai and take Exit 29. From Dubai: Follow the E11 highway and take the exit leading to Bluewaters Island.
