Important Information
- Adults-Only Hours:
- Days: Wednesday & Thursday
- Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Access: Guests must be 18 years and above with adults tickets
- NOTE: During these hours, families with children will not be permitted entry. We kindly request your support in ensuring that all guests, especially those traveling with children, are made aware of this policy in advance to avoid any inconvenience or refusal of entry at the venue.
- Operational Hours: 10Am to 7PM
- Suitable for all age groups, but children must be accompanied by an adult
- Comfortable footwear is recommended
- Photography and videography are allowed (no flash)
- Expect dimly lit environments and light-based displays
- Pre-booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred time slot
- Please respect the installations and avoid touching delicate components unless encouraged
- Some of our artworks contain water. To enter these areas, you will be required to remove your shoes. Lockers are available free of charge.
- Flat-soled shoes must be worn. Heels are not permitted.
- Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes, and fog are used in our artworks.
