1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Royal Arabia website and services.

By accessing our website or booking any tour, activity, or experience with Royal Arabia Tourism LLC (“Royal Arabia”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.
  • Royal Arabia reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

Failure to provide accurate details may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment or deposit (as applicable) is required to confirm bookings.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Bank charges or currency conversion fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific tour or activity.

General Cancellation Terms (unless otherwise specified):

  • 24–48 hours before tour: Full refund (if applicable)
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Royal Arabia reserves the right to deduct administrative or transaction fees where applicable.

5. Amendments & Changes

  • Customers may request booking changes subject to availability.
  • Price differences may apply.
  • Royal Arabia reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or operational requirements.
  • In case of cancellation by Royal Arabia, customers will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Arrive on time at designated pickup points.
  • Follow safety instructions from tour guides and operators.
  • Comply with UAE laws and cultural norms.
  • Carry valid identification when required.
  • Ensure they are medically fit to participate in selected activities.

Royal Arabia is not responsible for services missed due to late arrival.

7. Health & Safety

Certain activities may involve inherent risks (e.g., desert safari, water sports, adventure tours).

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Royal Arabia is not liable for:

  • Personal injury (unless caused by proven negligence)
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Medical conditions aggravated during tours

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

8. Liability Limitation

Royal Arabia acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (tour operators, transport providers, etc.).

We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure
  • Government restrictions or unexpected closures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

9. Force Majeure

Royal Arabia shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes
  • Political unrest
  • Extreme weather conditions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Website design

is the property of Royal Arabia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

12. Complaints & Disputes

If you have any complaints, please contact us within 7 days of the tour date.

We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

14. Amendments to Terms

Royal Arabia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the website.
