- Outside Food & Drinks: Not permitted inside the venue.

- Bags & Personal Items: Small handbags and backpacks are allowed, but larger luggage or storage items are strictly prohibited. The venue does not provide any storage facilities.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, smoke bombs, flammable liquids, and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
- Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted. Only certified service animals are allowed inside Ain Dubai.
- Photography: Personal photos and videos are welcome; however, commercial filming and live streaming are not permitted.
