Overview
Location: Dubai Dolphinarium, Creek Park (Gate 1).
Key Experiences:
- Dolphin & Seal Show: A 45-minute live performance featuring acrobatics, juggling, and dancing by bottlenose dolphins and fur seals. (Available in Regular or VIP central seating).
- Majestic Dolphin Swim: A deep-water interaction where swimmers can hug, kiss, and take a dorsal fin ride with the dolphins.
- Meet & Greet: A dry, poolside interaction perfect for non-swimmers to touch the dolphins and capture a souvenir photo.
Park Entry: Access to the facility requires a nominal Creek Park entry fee (payable via NOL card).
Facilities: Fully air-conditioned arena, changing rooms/showers for swimmers, and an on-site photo studio.
Important Information
- Subject to Availability: All dolphin interaction sessions and shows are subject to availability.
- Creek Park Entry Fee: Entry to the park requires a NOL card with a minimum balance of AED 5 per person (charged by Dubai Municipality). If you don’t have one, you can purchase it at the gate.
- Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled show or session.
- Seating Policy: Regular seats are free-seating, and all seat allocations are managed at the discretion of Dubai Dolphinarium management.
- Refund Policy: No refunds or transfers are allowed once tickets are issued.
- Behavior Policy: The Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for inappropriate behavior without refund or explanation.
- Majestic Swim Requirements: Minimum age 8 years, confident swimming skills required. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. Maximum weight 110 kg.
- Meet & Greet Requirements: Minimum age 5 years, and children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Days of Operation: Open daily except Tuesdays.
